1 cup liquid honey
¼ tsp maple extract
½ cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Pour honey into a medium bowl. First, stir in extract thoroughly, and then carefully stir in walnuts.

Store in a well sealed jar at room temperature for up to several weeks.

Stir before using.
Makes 1 1/3 cups (325 mL)
